You can certainly rent books, either through Chegg/Amazon or the KBCC Bookstore. Those links are below and can be used to rent:
Currently, there are two different textbook loans from the library. Either for 7 days, or for the whole semester. Check with a librarian or use the library website to look for you textbooks!
