I can't login to the databases!

Are you using the right username and password? Your login is your CUNY single sign on (SSO). This is the same login as you would use to access CUNYFirst or Blackboard. If you don't know your username and password, check the links right under the Login button. You will see that you can always look up your username, password, reset either, and manage your account.
Does it incorrectly claim you have the wrong password (even if you are able to log into Blackboard or CUNYFirst)? If you can log into some systems but not others, it's because your information did not sync properly between CUNY authentication systems. You need to reset your CUNY Login password at http://managelogin.cuny.edu.
Are you getting a message that says "Unauthorized -- Access to KBCC Library Resources is limited to active KBCC students and active and retired KBCC employees"? This means that for whatever reason you have an inactive status at this campus. In this case, I recommend that you contact IT's Student Help Desk (718.368.6679 or helpdesk@kbcc.cuny.edu). The technician will look up your account and fix any issues.
