How to Reset your Password
Answer
- Using any browser on a pc, laptop or mobile device navigate to INSIDE KCC site
- Click on "Forgot or Change password"
- click on "Student Forgot or Reset Password"
- Scroll down and click on "Go to Reset Tool"
- "KBCC Student email": enter you KBCC student email address
- your email username is your "Firstname.lastname and the last two digits of your EMPLID" example- Jane.doe78@students.kbcc.cuny.edu
- Click on "Continue"
- "What is your Student Emplid Number?"- Enter your EMPLID Number
- Click on "Continue"
- Create your own personal password: "Enter the same Password in both fields"
- Click on Reset then click Finished
*please note that this will reset your password for Inside KCC, Student Email, Campus WiFi, Starfish, SmartEvals, VDI, and OKTA- Dynamic Forms.*
